Pugs Party Portland Event begins at 12 noon at the Pugdashians' Residence with Prizes for Best Dressed Halloween Costume and Raffle to follow. Please remember to bring a raffle prize valued at $25 or more with you upon check-in with your printed or digital ticket from your registration.
